Workshops

Our workshops focus on specific business topics. The advantage of these workshops is that you can concentrate fully on one important aspect of the language in a short space of time.

Telephoning, e-mails and formal Correspondence

You will learn how to express yourself precisely and clearly on the telephone, and can expect to gain much greater confidence speaking English with your business associates. Your vocabulary will increase and your understanding of foreign callers will improve. You should no longer suffer from the inhibitions that many people feel when having to speak English in a busy office. You will learn the rules and expressions required to write letters, faxes, e-mails, reports and minutes of meetings. This seminar focuses on the structure of written English and helps you formulate your correspondence in a professional style that is not merely a translation from your first language.
